We are absolutely delighted to win the Best Festive Cake and Pudding category at the Baking Industry Christmas Stars competition this year. We were among stiff competition from the giants in retailing and were the only independent business to win a category.
The concept of the Mince Pie Pud is based The Orange – a product that we launched during ITV’s Britain’s Best Bakery that went on to win Innovation Product of the year at the Baking Industry Awards in 2014.
The Mince Pie Pud is made of two mince pies, encased in pastry and when combined together form The Pud. The mincemeat is the same recipe used inside our Great Taste Award Winning Mince Pies.
The Mince Pie Pud will be available in-store and to buy on-line from November. It comes complete in a presentation box to make a great stocking filler or just as a treat to enjoy at home.
