This new class allows an adult to spend quality time with a special youngster to share a memorable baking experience.
Working as a pair, you will learn all about the process of tempering chocolate before making a selection of chocolates to take home. This will include delicious chocolates in moulds, chocolate lollipops, chocolate drops and various other delights.
In addition, you will decorate a chocolate cake with lashings of chocolate ganache and finished with the decorations that you have made such as your dipped chocolate strawberries.
The class is suitable for children aged between 7 to 15 years. The accompanying adult must be at least 18 years old and can be a parent, grandparent, guardian, sibling or any other special person in a child’s life.
All materials included and cost is based on 2 people and includes refreshments.
Attendees will take home all the items that they make.
Please note that if the weather is too warm (generally Spring months), it may be necessary to change this to the Bread and Sweet Buns workshop.
