We are delighted to introduce a new range of classes based on classic pies and puddings. During this course you will make four traditional Cornish Pasties (vegetarian filling available on request), plus a traditional sticky toffee pudding. This is a great opportunity to learn how to make wholesome, hearty pies and puddings for you and your family to enjoy.
This class involves making savoury pie pastry and the filling from scratch. You will learn mixing, pinning, filling, crimping, glazing and the baking of your pies. For your pudding, you will learn the techniques to create the perfect moist sponge, and indulgent sticky toffee sauce.
After making and baking your pies and puddings, you will sit down as a group and enjoy your creations over lunch.
Drinks and side salads will be provided to accompany the lunch you’ve created.
