On this hands-on course Paul will help you master the laminating process enabling you to make perfect pastries in your own home for evermore. From your pastry you will make Croissants and a variety of different shaped Danishes, such as Almond Bear Paws plus a delicious variety with crème patisserie and fruit toppings.
In addition, you will make a rich sweet bun dough from which you will produce a tray of delicious Chelsea Buns and Iced Finger Buns.
Everything you make is yours to take home to show off to friends and family.
