On this course you will learn how to master the technique of tempering chocolate and then to discover ways to use this tempered chocolate.
On this special Christmas class, we will use milk, white and plain chocolate to make a variety of items including figurines, moulded chocolates, nutty discs, lollipops and more.
You will gift wrap your chocolates before you leave ready to give to the lucky recipient or simply for you to enjoy at home with family and friends.
At the end of the course, you’ll be able to use your new skills to continue making chocolates at home either as gifts or just for fun.
This course is suited to those who love chocolate and naturally, there is plenty of opportunity for tasting!
