Description
During this creative Italian Bread course, you will make a variety of of Italian style breads including Ciabatta, Focaccia, Pizza, Lardo and a salt-free Tuscan bread. You will learn two very different techniques in kneading dough as some Italian bread types use a lot of water and are therefore very sticky.
Coffee or tea is served on arrival and the price includes a buffet style lunch/meal plus wine is included.
You will leave the course with bags of your freshly baked bread.

What a totally fantastic evening. I loved it so much. Paul was absolutely brilliant and made the course come to life.
He was so clear in his instructions and so encouraging with his advice and comments.
The only down side was that I am on a NO alcohol month November!! So I had to miss the white wine!!! Shame.
