Our bakery is renowned for producing the most beautiful and delicious hand-crafted patisserie.
On this course you will learn to make the perfect sweet pastry which you will use to line a range of different sized baking foils. From these pastry bases you will then go on to make Tarte au Citron, Tarte au Chocolate, Fruit Tart, Raspberry Frangipane and Strawberry Frangipane. You will learn to make creme patisserie to fill your fruit tarts and different finishing techniques before boxing up your delightful pieces ready to take home (we provide the boxes).
Don’t be put off if you are a novice, this course is suitable for all skill levels. All the recipes used on the course are provided for you to take home.
You will also take home everything you make – 4 boxes full, so don’t forget to invite all your friends for afternoon tea!
The course includes coffee or tea on arrival.
